His extensive background—beginning with solar projects 20 years ago combined with home construction experience—makes him uniquely qualified for this leadership role.
Robert was drawn to Elite Solar Solutions by our company’s core values of Faith, Family, and Integrity, and he remains committed to expanding our solar program. When not advancing renewable energy solutions, Robert embraces Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle, enjoying ATV riding, hiking, and park visits with his family.
Larry O’Farrell, Master Electrician
While many solar companies only sell systems, Elite Solar Solutions distinguishes itself with an in-house master electrician. Larry O’Farrell handles all our electrical requirements, from equipment installation to bidding, estimating, planning, troubleshooting, and more.
With 30 years in electrical contracting, Larry brings unparalleled expertise to our team. His passion for problem-solving led him to Elite Solar Solutions, where he appreciates our integrity, safety commitment, and consultative sales approach. Outside work, Larry enjoys traveling, golfing, and creating content for YouTube and Twitch.
David Tucker, Solar Technician
David joined Elite Solar Solutions in 2024 after entering the solar industry in 2019. As a solar technician, he specializes in solar detaches and resets while delivering exceptional customer service.
The opportunity to work outdoors and experience new environments attracted David to the solar field—though he admits he’s still acclimating to heights and steep roof pitches. When not installing solar panels, David spends time outdoors with his three dogs, fishing, hiking, and riding his ATV.
Dylan Smelley, Solar Technician
With 6 years in contracting across various trades, Dylan entered the solar industry in 2021 before joining Elite Solar Solutions in 2024. His craftsmanship reflects a family tradition of working with his hands that spans generations.
As a solar technician, Dylan focuses on providing smooth, efficient installation and removal services. His pursuit of perfection in every project benefits our customers. Dylan balances his professional life with church attendance, family time, and enjoying his ATV and dirt bike during off hours.
